Performance Data of Polymers

The tables below demonstrate that Poly Net's Polymer Pro matrix runs faster and equals the quality of Amersham's matrix. Clipped readlength is total number of bases called with 98% accuracy. Unclipped readlength is the total number of bases called during the run.

In the graph below Poly Net is red and Amersham is blue. Impure is a measure of peak shape [Gaussian] and the existence of Phantom peaks. You will notice that Poly Net has virtually none. The data represents about 900 capillaries runs. Good Bases are Phred scored at 20 and above.
